Roxana graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law at “Babeș-Bolyai” University in Cluj-Napoca in 2002. Her academic journey did not stop there; she continued to expand her knowledge and expertise by completing a course in Global Energy and Climate Policy through a MOOC offered by the University of London in 2022. At present, Roxana is a trainee at QLTS School, working toward qualifying as a solicitor in England and Wales. In addition, she participated in the Council of Europe’s HELP Program on Environment and Human Rights in 2023, demonstrating her dedication to understanding and addressing contemporary issues at the intersection of environmental law and human rights.

Roxana brings to legal practice a combination of analytical rigor and conceptual sensitivity. Her areas of focus include environmental law, administrative litigation, intellectual property, and health law — fields in which she seeks coherent, durable, and ethically grounded solutions.
